Design Actions

Optional Design Intent

A Design Intent adds a guided operation such as Polish, Layout, Typeset, or Animate to an ordinary Annotation. The request stays provider-neutral when no workflow is selected.

Design Actions require the Impeccable skill, but Impeccable contributes discipline rather than owning Queue state, Claim, Watch, or resolution.

One primary action

Each Annotation carries at most one primary Design Action. The freeform brief can still add constraints, and a freeform Impeccable direction is valid without choosing a predefined action.
